We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to confirm coverage, benefits, and any out-of-pocket costs associated with therapy services.
Full payment for services is expected at the conclusion of each session. We accept the following forms of payment:

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 missed session fee.

Prior to your initial appointment, please complete the Client Intake documents that will be emailed to you. Completing these forms in advance helps ensure your session can begin on time.
