Insurance and Payment Information 

 

Innova Counseling accepts a wide variety of insurances. Our providers do vary as to what insurances they are able to accept, so we do recommend verifying that the provider you schedule with is in-network with your policy. ​Innova Counseling is currently credentialed with the following insurances:​

We recommend that you reach out to your insurance provider to check benefits prior to your first visit.

• Payment: Full payment for service is expected at the completion of each session. We accept cash, check, credit and debit card. We also accept Care Credit. 

​

• Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $50 for the missed session.​
